What the colours mean
Section titled “What the colours mean”| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Runs out of cash | Their forecast goes below zero |
| Under the floor | It dips under the safety floor they set |
| Cannot read | Their link has stopped (they made a new one or stopped sharing) or their site did not answer. The last summary that worked stays on show |
| Needs a statement | Their bank figures are more than 45 days old |
| Fine | None of the above |
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”You see the summary only: their one-line answer, the cash in their bank, their lowest point ahead, how many regular payments are worth a look, and how up to date their figures are. Never their transactions, payees or categories. You cannot change anything on their site, and they can stop sharing at any time.
Changelog
Section titled “Changelog”- New plugin for accountants and advisers: every client’s cash forecast on one page. Each client makes a private share link in their own EP Finance Forecast and gives it to you; paste it in with their name and the page reads their summary.
- Most urgent first. Clients whose cash runs out come first, then those dipping under their safety floor, then any link that cannot be read, then anyone whose bank figures are more than 45 days old (“time for this month’s statement”), then everyone who is fine. One sentence at the top counts them.
- What you see for each client: their one-line answer, the cash in their bank, their lowest point ahead and when, how many of their regular payments are worth a look, how up to date their bank figures are, and a small line of their balance month by month.
- What you never see: their transactions, payees or categories. The link only ever returns the summary, you cannot change anything on their site, and they can stop sharing at any time. If a client stops sharing or makes a new link, their card says so and keeps the last summary that worked.
- The page reads every client once a day on its own, and on demand with “Read now”.
- Ask Claude about your clients: two read-only actions for a connected AI assistant, the client list in order of urgency and a fresh read of every client.
