What is EP Suite?

The EP Suite is the family of commercial plugins we build for PageMotor. Every plugin is designed to solve a single concrete problem well: reliable email, newsletter sending, bookings, ecommerce, GDPR compliance, passkey auth, and more.

This section of the documentation is where each plugin lives, one guide per plugin. Installation, settings, shortcodes, troubleshooting, and answers to the questions people actually ask.

Each guide follows the same shape: what the plugin does, how to install it, how to configure it, common issues, and answers to support questions we see repeatedly.

Email, newsletters, messaging

  • EP Email. SMTP delivery, JSON-defined contact forms, delivery logging, and a developer extension API.
  • EP Email Advanced Forms. Adds name, address, section, HTML, email confirmation, and rating field types to EP Email forms.
  • EP Email AI Reply. AI-drafted replies to form submissions — review and send.
  • EP Email AI Triage. AI-powered spam triage. Classifies every submission, blocks confirmed spam silently, holds it in quarantine for review.
  • EP Email Brevo. Brevo transactional transport for EP Email. 300/day free tier, no card required.
  • EP Email ElmsPark / EP SendIt. Managed delivery transport drivers for EP Email via send.elmspark.com.
  • EP Email File Uploads. Drag-and-drop file upload fields for EP Email forms.
  • EP Email Inbox. AI-powered IMAP inbox handler with auto-reply.
  • EP Email Leads. Turns contact-form submissions into a workable leads ledger with an always-current dashboard page.
  • EP Email Mailgun. Mailgun transactional transport for EP Email, with EU region support for GDPR-clean routing.
  • EP Email Quiz. Quiz field types with scoring and grading for EP Email forms.
  • EP Newsletter. Subscribers, lists, campaigns, autoresponders, content digests.
  • EP Newsletter Brevo. Brevo delivery driver for EP Newsletter. Forever-free 300/day tier, batch sending, signed webhooks.
  • EP Newsletter Mailgun. Mailgun delivery driver for EP Newsletter. EU region, batch sending, HMAC-signed bounce handling. Our recommended provider.
  • EP Newsletter SendGrid. Legacy SendGrid delivery driver. For new sites use EP Newsletter Mailgun (our recommended provider) instead.
  • EP Voice Messages. Record-in-browser voice messages with auto-transcription.
  • EP WhatsApp. Two-way WhatsApp through Meta’s Business Cloud API: send notifications, take replies in an admin inbox.

Ecommerce

Finance, bookkeeping, tax

Section titled “Finance, bookkeeping, tax”
  • EP Finance. A double-entry ledger for a site that keeps its own books. Integer cents, one write gateway that refuses anything unbalanced, and a nightly audit that proves it adds up.
  • EP Finance Autopilot. Suggests a category for anything unmatched, learns from your corrections, and emails a weekly digest with one-tap approval. It never moves money itself.
  • EP Finance Importer. Bank statement import with mapping profiles for the common banks, a preview that catches sign-flips, and dedup so a re-import can never double-post.
  • EP Finance Invoicing. Quotes and invoices with gap-free numbering, a branded PDF, a tokenised hosted page and a pay link that reuses your existing payment provider.
  • EP Finance Receipts. Snap a receipt on your phone and it becomes an expense, then proposes a match to the bank line for you to confirm. Images are never web-servable.
  • EP Finance Sources. Posts orders, subscription renewals, bookings, ticket sales and approved instructor pay into the ledger automatically, with an id that makes a re-run harmless.
  • EP Finance Tax IE. The VAT3 boxes per bi-monthly period, the annual RTD, a registration-threshold watch and the ROS deadline calendar.
  • EP Finance Tax UK. The nine VAT100 boxes from your ledger under standard, cash accounting or Flat Rate, with input VAT split into evidenced and unevidenced.
  • EP Finance Tax US. Schedule C prep, a quarterly estimated-tax worksheet that shows its arithmetic, 1099-NEC contractor tracking and a sales-tax nexus watch.

Bookings, membership, courses

  • EP Boarding. Date-range accommodation booking — check-in and check-out on a live availability calendar, per-night rates and half-day capacity. Hotels, B&Bs, holiday lets and pet boarding.
  • EP Boarding — Ecommerce. Confirms a boarding booking when its payment completes, and emails the customer. Required if you take card payment for stays.
  • EP Boarding — Services. Puts EP Booking appointment services, such as a Meet and Greet, in the same booking widget as your overnight stays.
  • EP Booking. Appointment scheduling with services, staff, availability, Stripe payments.
  • EP Booking Zoom. Auto-created Zoom meetings for confirmed bookings.
  • EP Courses. Course and lesson management with multilingual content and progress tracking.
  • EP Events. Full event platform with tickets, registrations, check-in PWA, Stripe Connect, Zoom, Schema.org, six EU languages, and depth EP Suite integration.
  • EP Events Recurring. Recurring class and event templates for EP Events — weekly, fortnightly and Nth-weekday series on a rolling timetable.
  • EP Holiday Bookings. Holiday packages, enquiry-first booking, deposit/balance for independent travel agents.
  • EP Membership. Public registration, login, member levels, content gating.
  • EP Membership Pages. Companion to EP Membership: themed, level-protected Members Pages whose refusal is your upgrade prompt, not a 404.

Studio operations

Section titled “Studio operations”
  • EP Class Passes. Pre-paid class credit packs, tracked in an append-only ledger with shelf-life expiry and auto-deduct at booking.
  • EP Instructors. Instructors as first-class records: roster, public bio pages, pay-rate rules and a payroll CSV.
  • EP Studio Assistant. An Ask box in the admin. Ask about the business in plain English; Claude answers from live data.
  • EP Studio Dashboard. The owner’s operations command centre for a multi-location studio. Revenue, members, bookings, attendance, passes, waivers, payroll.
  • EP Waivers. Versioned liability waivers and health declarations, e-signed and kept as immutable legal records.

Content and UX

  • EP 3D Viewer. Interactive 3D models with labels pinned to the surface, served entirely from your own domain.
  • EP AR Preview. A “See it on your wall” button: iPhone and iPad visitors see a print or framed artwork on their own wall at true size, no app needed. The AR model is built and served from your own site.
  • EP Attribution. A small “Built on PageMotor. Designed by ElmsPark.” credit line in your site footer. One toggle, theme-agnostic.
  • EP Blog. A blog for PageMotor: Post content type, chronological index with excerpts and pagination, categories, tags, bylines, and previous/next navigation.
  • EP Breadcrumbs. Breadcrumb navigation with Schema.org structured data.
  • EP Cards. Native card groups and grids with LLM-driven import. Thesis Focus Cards migration via add-on.
  • EP Cards Importer. Migration add-on for EP Cards — imports from WordPress Thesis.
  • EP Comments. Comment system with moderation, threaded replies, WordPress import.
  • EP Copyright. A copyright line that keeps its own year right. One shortcode in your footer, correct every January, nothing to remember.
  • EP Documents. Hierarchical documentation site for PageMotor. Author docs in HTML or Markdown, organise by section, draft / improve / translate with Claude, six EU languages.
  • EP Editor. Visual inline page editor (work in progress).
  • EP FAQ. FAQ management with accordion, search, Schema.org markup, voting.
  • EP Gallery. Album-based image gallery with drag-and-drop upload, lightbox, EXIF display.
  • EP Gallery EXIF. Enhanced EXIF extraction and display (lens, GPS, shooting mode).
  • EP Gallery Presentation. Master crop, aspect-ratio frames, focal-point picker.
  • EP Media Storage. Serves paid video, audio and downloads from your own S3-compatible bucket behind links that expire. Automatic for EP Courses lessons.
  • EP Sidebar. Sidebar layout activation with manageable widget blocks.
  • EP Testimonials. Collect and display customer testimonials with star ratings.
  • EP YouTube. GDPR-friendly YouTube embeds for PageMotor. Click-to-load thumbnails so no Google cookies fire on page load, no-cookie iframe host by default, optional thumbnail self-hosting.

SEO, discoverability, analytics

  • EP Analytics. Privacy-respecting server-side page view analytics. No cookies, no pixel.
  • EP IndexNow. Real-time URL submission to IndexNow. Tells Bing, Yandex, Seznam and Naver the moment a page changes.
  • EP Local Business. Schema.org LocalBusiness emission for single-location businesses on PageMotor. Address, hours, geo, payment methods, areas served, and a coexistence handshake with EP SEO.
  • EP Locations. Multi-location LocalBusiness schema for PageMotor with built-in store finder. MapLibre + MapTiler tiles, postcode search, GDPR consent gating, six EU languages.
  • EP Redirects. URL redirect manager with wildcards and 404 log.
  • EP RSS. RSS 2.0 and Atom 1.0 feed generation.
  • EP Search. Site search with results page, form shortcode, basic analytics.
  • EP SEO. Open Graph, Twitter Card, favicon, Schema.org. Per-page overrides.
  • EP Sitemap. Dynamic XML sitemap with image references.
  • EP Social Share. Share buttons for X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, email.
  • EP Tracking. Tracked short URLs with click analytics and conversion attribution.
  • EP Txt Files. Dynamic robots.txt and llms.txt served from admin settings.

Privacy, security, auth

  • EP Bunny Fonts. Retired — built into PageMotor 0.10+ core (Site Settings → Google Fonts Delivery Service).
  • EP GDPR. Cookie consent, data subject requests, consent logging across EP Suite.
  • EP Passkeys. Passwordless login via WebAuthn. Sign-in is served from a dedicated page, since the PageMotor login screen takes no plugin markup.
  • EP Password Reset. Email-based password reset for admin accounts. For PageMotor 0.10 and earlier — 0.11 brings password reset into core, so this plugin retires at that point.
  • EP Private Pages. Passwordless private documents behind an email and one-time code gate. Allowlist controlled, noindexed, never public.

Operations, AI, admin

Section titled “Operations, AI, admin”
  • EP Agent. Claude Code CLI in your admin panel for server-side work.
  • EP Agent Jobs. Scheduled AI agent runs that live on the site, not a laptop. Rides the EP Cron heartbeat; results by email, Telegram or Buzz.
  • EP Assistant. Customer-facing AI website manager. Chat interface with nine LLM providers.
  • EP Audit Log. Activity log for content, users, and plugin events.
  • EP Brain Vault. Snapshots and version history for PageMotor Brains, with versioned write and restore verbs — core’s brain-write keeps no history at all.
  • EP Concierge. Visitor-facing AI chat bubble. Answers questions from your knowledge plus live booking data, captures enquiries. Currently supplied and updated by ElmsPark directly.
  • EP Connect. Outbound webhooks for Zapier, Make, Slack, or any URL.
  • EP Cron. One secure, observable background-task scheduler for the whole EP Suite. A single heartbeat drains every due task exactly once.
  • EP Dashboard. A branded Command Centre for the PageMotor admin. Every active EP Suite plugin contributes its own panel.
  • EP Decision Sync. Server-side save and load for interactive plan documents: ticks, notes and calculator settings per document key, attributed and versioned.
  • EP Diagnostics. System report for support requests.
  • EP Flows. The EP Suite automation engine. Trigger, conditions, actions, authored by talking to your site over MCP instead of a drag-and-drop builder.
  • EP Helpdesk. Support ticket system with AI-drafted replies.
  • EP Host Check. Read-only host diagnostics. A green/amber/red report of what your hosting can and cannot do for PageMotor: file writes, outbound HTTPS and SMTP, PHP version, extensions and limits, each with a plain fix.
  • EP Maintenance. Coming-soon and maintenance-mode overlays.
  • EP MCP Bridge. JSON-RPC API for remote PageMotor management via MCP clients.
  • EP Provisioning. Remote provisioning receiver for automated site setup.
  • EP Scheduled Content. Publish pages at a scheduled future time.
  • EP Support. AI support chatbot for admins. Knows every EP Suite plugin.
  • EP WP Exporter. WordPress companion plugin. Install on a WordPress source site to produce a JSON snapshot for migration to PageMotor. Read-only.

Every plugin ZIP includes a CLAUDE.md capabilities file that describes its settings, methods and integration points. If you use Claude Code or Claude Desktop, pointing Claude at the plugin folder is a fast way to get answers alongside these guides.
