What you get
Section titled “What you get”- Right-sized Vultr VPS. Dedicated box scoped to your traffic profile. Typical SME profile is a 2 vCPU, 4 GB, 100 GB plan.
- Nightly off-site backups. Seven-day rolling retention as standard, longer on request.
- Best-effort 99.9 per cent uptime. Monitored every 60 seconds, we are paged when the site stops responding. Not an SLA-backed guarantee; formal SLAs are available on request at higher tiers.
- Core and plugin maintenance. PageMotor and EP Suite updates tested and applied in a scheduled monthly window.
- Security patching. OS patches, SSH hardening, Fail2ban, firewall locked down to 22, 80 and 443.
- SMTP wired up. Contact form notifications, password resets and newsletter dispatch via SendGrid.
- Support. Same-day email support during UK working hours.
What you bring
Section titled “What you bring”- A domain, registered at any registrar.
- Your content: text, images, and any existing site you want migrated across.
- Your PageMotor licence if you use paid EP Suite plugins.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- You tell us about the site: what it does, rough traffic, which features you need.
- We quote a monthly fee.
- First month paid up front. Subsequent months by direct debit or card.
- We provision, migrate or build, point DNS, issue SSL, test end-to-end.
- Go-live window agreed with you. Simple setups land inside one working week; migrations with significant existing content can take longer, quoted per case.
