EP Email Signatures adds a signature pad to EP Email contact forms, for agreements, consent forms and anything else that needs a signature.

Overview
Section titled “Overview”- Sign with a finger, pen or mouse. Works on phones and tablets as well as computers.
- Type your name instead. Keyboard users can switch to a typed signature, and without JavaScript the field becomes a typed-name box, so the form always works.
- Checked on the server. A required signature that is empty, blank or damaged is refused with a clear message.
- Kept privately. Each signature is stored as a protected image with a copy of the answers. Only administrators can see them, from this plugin’s settings screen, where View shows the signature and the answers.
- In the notification email. The signature arrives as a PNG attachment, with its reference number.
- A PDF copy. Add
"pdf_copy": trueto a form and both you and the person who signed get a PDF of the submission, answers and signatures. Administrators can download it again from the signature list. - Data requests covered. With EP GDPR, a person’s data export includes each signature they gave, and erasing them deletes their signature images and records. Copies already sent by email cannot be reached from the site.
